Expand your teaching universe is the explainer animated ad that launched TeachFlows, an Ai-based tool for teachers. The animation is the product of a collaboration with another team of animation, which contributed to specific parts of the video. The core of the explainer is the metaphor of an expanding universe, which shows how the tool opens new possibilities for preparing lessons and tests.

The first step of the process was the creation of a 2D character rig that could rotate around multiple axes while maintaining its expressiveness. Step two consisted in designing and animating the intro and the outro of the animation, establishing its visual style. The project file was then handed to the other animators, who took care of the middle part of the video.

The project also included the creation of a background animation for the Teachflows website login page. The animation’s structure allows it to loop indefinitely, providing an entertaining yet calming atmosphere to the web page.
