Fernik Book Trailer

This book trailer is based on the fantasy novel Fernik by Alexis Saints.

The animation features the events from the book’s prelude. The images show a story which takes place in an ancient era full of magical worlds and creatures. Then, the video ends by showing the main characters of the novel: right before the end, one of them opens a misterious door, marking the beginning of the main story line.

Fernik‘s book trailer was made in a motion graphics 2.5D environment. Its visual design simulates the overlapping of carboard shapes, allowing the viewers to immerse themselves among the pages of Fernik.
